What is proposed as part of the MSM Milling Plant Expansion?
MSM Milling is planning to expand the Canola Processing Plant in Manildra. This investment will improve the efficiency of operations and increase the plant capacity, meeting the ongoing growth in demand for products and enhancing the long-term viability of the business.
The expansion involves three separate projects to upgrade rail intake facilities, upgrade site infrastructure and build a new Canola oil extraction plant to introduce solvent extraction technology. Each project will be part of a separate Development Application assessed and determined by Carbone Regional Council.
As a part of consultation and engagement with the community, the MSM Milling team are seeking feedback on the proposed projects and ideas about how we can continue to support the Manildra community.
A Development Application for each project will be submitted to Cabonne Region Council and placed on public exhibition for a minimum of 14 days.
